What ingredients do you use in your products?
All of our soaps and lotions are handcrafted using fresh goat milk, high‑quality sustainable oils, and natural clays from the earth. We never use synthetic fragrances—only pure essential oils.
Our ingredients are natural, eco‑friendly, and consciously chosen to support both your skin and the environment.
Are your ingredients environmentally friendly?
Yes. We are committed to using ingredients that are gentle on the environment and mindful of our rainforests. All oils we use are sustainably sourced, and we avoid ingredients linked to deforestation or harmful harvesting practices. Our clays are naturally occurring and responsibly mined.
Why goat milk?
Goat milk is rich in vitamins, minerals, and natural fats that moisturize and nourish the skin. Its gentle pH makes it ideal for sensitive or dry skin. It also creates luxurious, creamy soap and deeply hydrating lotion.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every bar of soap and bottle of lotion is made by hand in small batches.
Because of this artisan process, each batch is unique and never exactly the same—slight variations in color, swirl, and texture are completely normal and part of the charm of handmade goat‑milk products.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many customers with dry or sensitive skin find our goat‑milk products soothing. However, everyone’s skin is different. We recommend checking ingredient lists and performing a patch test if you have concerns.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time is typically 2–4 business days, as everything is handmade and packaged with care.
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier timing. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer porch pickup for local customers. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup details. Please wait for this email before arriving.
What is your return policy?
We cannot accept returns on personal care items.
However, your satisfaction matters greatly to us. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to windsorsoapco@gmail.com, and we will work with you to make it right.
My package arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We’ll gladly assist with a solution.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Our goat‑milk lotions include a safe, skin‑friendly preservative to prevent bacteria and mold due to their water content.
Our goat‑milk soaps cure naturally and do not require preservatives. Full ingredient lists are provided with every product.
How should I store my goat‑milk soap?
To help your soap last longer, keep it in a well‑draining soap dish and allow it to dry between uses. Handmade goat‑milk soap will soften if left sitting in water.
Are your products cruelty‑free?
Yes! We never test on animals, and our goat milk is responsibly sourced right here on our farm.
