Refund policy

We want you to love every item you receive from Windsor Soap Co. Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.


If something isn’t quite right with your order, please email us at windsorsoapco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll review the issue and do our very best to make it right.


Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:
• Your order arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• Your package was lost in transit
• There is a quality issue with the product


In these cases, we may offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, and photos of damaged items may be requested to help us process your claim quickly.


Please note:
• We do not accept returns for reasons related to scent or personal preference 
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the error was on our end 
• Refunds are only available for orders purchased directly from windsorsoapco.com
