Local Pickup
Local customers may choose local pickup at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with:
- Pickup confirmation
- Pickup instructions
- Exact pickup location

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

We may be able to update your address before your order ships.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
For packages that are:
- Delayed
- Marked “delivered” but not received
- Missing or lost
Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
